Treasure Craft, a company known for its collectible pottery and ceramic items, began producing tiki-themed items, including salt and pepper shakers, primarily in the 1960s and 1970s. These pieces often featured tropical motifs, including tiki gods, palm trees, and island wildlife, capturing the popular tiki culture of the time. The designs were inspired by Polynesian aesthetics and became iconic representations of mid-century tiki culture.
