A wonderful little piece of vintage artist history with just the right dark, moody look for a collected Halloween shelf.
This vintage Higgins drawing ink bottle is made of dark glass and features its black ribbed dropper-style cap. The base is embossed with HIGGINS, MADE IN USA, and additional production markings. Originally used to hold drawing ink, this compact bottle now works beautifully as both an artist-supply collectible and a decorative curio.
Its nearly black appearance gives it a naturally mysterious, old-laboratory feel — perfect for a Halloween vignette, curiosity cabinet, vintage apothecary display, printer tray, cubby shelf, tiered tray, shadow box, or collected shelf display.
In our Midnight Mashup Manor / Luna Noire Collection, it adds authentic vintage character without being reproduction Halloween décor. I especially love it paired with the clear Badger paint jar and glitter bat — the group has a wonderful little artist-meets-mad-scientist feel.
